By camera, unmanned
A plate-recognition camera detects the plate and the parking fee is charged through HGS.
Curbside parking with cameras or handheld terminals
Street parking can run unmanned with cameras, or staffed with handheld terminals in the field.
A camera along the road detects the plate and the parking fee is charged through HGS. The same street can also be charged by staff with a handheld terminal.

Two ways of working
The same curbside parking can be charged in two ways; both run in the same software.
A plate-recognition camera detects the plate and the parking fee is charged through HGS.
Staff scan the plate on the handheld terminal, show the amount, and take payment on site.
On-street parking · Field recording
With our in-house software, a camera placed along the road detects the plate and the fee is charged through HGS. Besides the plate recognition cameras, staff can also collect payments with handheld terminals.

How it works
Visiosoft software runs curbside parking both from the camera image and with a handheld terminal in staff hands.
Plate recognition cameras are positioned along the road so they can see the on-street parking spaces.
AI-assisted software detects the plate of the parked vehicle from the camera image.
The parking fee for the detected plate is collected automatically through HGS.
Staff scan the plate on the handheld terminal, show the amount, and take payment on site. If there is no parking record, a session is opened.
Advantages
In curbside parking spaces, the plate is detected by a camera placed along the road.
Thanks to HGS integration, the parking fee is charged automatically based on the detected plate.
With handheld terminals, staff can also take non-HGS payments on site.
